The Electrical and Electronic Measurement Laboratories activities are, among others, mainly focused on two institutional objectives: didactics for bachelor/master of science/doctoral degree and applied as well as theoretical research in the areas of: A/D conversion, Power Quality assessment, Sensors and actuators, Time- and Frequency-Domain Digital Signal processing, measurement uncertainty evaluation and metrology. The laboratories are equipped with a large variety of generic and specialized laboratory facilities: from basic instruments (digital oscilloscopes, arbitrary waveform generators, power supplies, etc.) for low frequency applications, to advanced ones for signal generation and analysis up to the gigahertz range of frequencies.
